Delivery Information

We will always endeavour to call you to arrange a convenient delivery date. Please provide your telephone number when ordering. We hold good stock levels and can ship out an order within 24-48 hours from receipt. When you have placed an order on-line, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and then again when we have shipped the goods to you.

We provide free delivery to the UK Mainland from Monday - Friday. For Scottish AB postcodes, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man/Wight and the Channel Islands, please call us and we will advise you of any additional shipping costs.

Your Elephant bean bag will be delivered to you via a courier who will require a signature as proof of delivery.  Before the parcel is signed for, please check carefully for any signs of transit damage (or instruct anyone you authorise to sign on your behalf to do the same). Once a parcel has been signed for in good condition it becomes your property and your responsibility.  Therefore if there is any transit damage to the product that is discovered after it has been signed for Elephant are not liable for this, as we have completed our contractual obligation to deliver the package to you in good condition. 

If there is any transit damage to your product, sign for the item and clearly write "damaged product".  In this instance please contact us directly on 01386 423760 we will quickly ensure that you get a perfect product with no additional costs to yourself.
